Job Description Summary: Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays - 0830-1700 *May need to come in-person to the Blom Administrative Campus for staff meetings 1-2 times a year. *Must have permanent residence in the State of Ohio We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a dynamic and fast-paced call center supporting primary care offices. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients experiencing emergent symptoms, providing expert clinical guidance over the phone. Your ability to assess situations quickly, ask the right questions, and use sound clinical judgment will help ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care. As part of our nurse triage team, you will manage a high volume of calls and MyChart messages, working efficiently within CareConnect to document and communicate patient needs.
