Job Description Summary: The Systems Analyst Epic supports the design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications to optimize clinical and operational workflows. This position develops knowledge of healthcare workflows, system integration, and project delivery practices while partnering with operational leaders and end users to translate business requirements into reliable Epic configuration, integrations, and reporting—supporting safe patient care, efficient revenue cycle operations, and regulatory compliance while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for supported applications. Works under guidance of senior analysts, architects, and technical leads to follow standards that safeguard the integrity and security of the application environment and contribute to continuous improvement activities related to application management for Epic and related third-party applications.
