About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration to join our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate has direct experience preparing and managing O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions and is comfortable handling immigration matters independently in a fast-paced law firm environment. This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates internationally. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage, but is not required. This role is particularly well suited for professionals who have experience working with U.S. immigration law firms and are looking to join a growing, technology-driven legal team.
