Coordinating Producer

Integrated Media – Remote (U.S. Based) Operation Blessing ( OB ) is looking for an experienced Coordinating Producer to coordinate, oversee, and produce video and print marketing stories across Europe and Eurasia. This professional will create compelling multimedia content that inspires action, raises awareness, and advances Operation Blessing’s marketing goals—from initial concept through final delivery. Working closely with producers and the Global Video team, this role develops polished post-production video content, shapes key deliverables, supports daily media activities, and maintains efficient, persuasive storytelling workflows throughout the region. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB ’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$64,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.
