Why we need you: We’re looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team as a contractor, working sprint by sprint alongside our lead designer/advisor, who scopes and oversees the work. Engagements run in roughly 4-week sprints at 8–16 hours/week, then roll into the next sprint or project as new needs come up. This is an ad hoc, as-needed role: you’ll move across different client projects, picking up feature requests, support work, and defined deliverables rather than owning end-to-end strategy. You’ll report into and be guided by the lead/senior advisor on each engagement, who sets direction and manages client relationships. Your focus is executing well within that scope.
