We provide engineering solutions for the design, construction, maintenance, and modernization of high-voltage transmission infrastructure—the backbone of the electric grid. From new line development and system upgrades to critical maintenance projects, our teams apply rigorous standards of safety, quality, and performance while leveraging proven practices and innovative technologies to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions for our clients. The Director of Transmission Engineering is a senior leadership position responsible for directing the planning, design, and execution of transmission line projects. This role leads multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams, ensures compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and quality requirements, and aligns project delivery with NV5 ’s strategic objectives.
