ServiceNow QA Tester

Nüvitek is seeking a ServiceNow QA Tester with at least 3 years of experience in software testing and Agile environments to test ServiceNow applications, validate workflows, develop test cases, and track defects. The ideal candidate has experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, with familiarity with test automation tools. Candidates must have an active Secret security clearance and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. What you will do Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow applications and workflows. Develop, document, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and UAT scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria. Perform manual testing of forms, reports, configurations, workflows, and role-based access controls.
