Senior Pricing Manager

The primary purpose of the Senior Pricing Manager is to provide end to end support to the Head of Pricing across product pricing, pricing governance, fair value assessments, commercial deal management, and profitability analysis. They will be responsible managing key strategies initiatives from analysis to execution working closely with the Commercial Management team and senior leaders across the organisation. They are to operate as a “second in command” to the Head of Pricing acting as a delegate and key point person for functional partners in Finance, Risk, Product, Strategy, Commercial and Operations ensuring pricing decisions are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. The role holder is to operate in a self-sufficient manner, leveraging resources and expertise across the business without relying on dedicated team beneath them to deliver outcomes. As such they must take a ‘hands on’ approach to their work, being comfortable moving between strategic thinking, detailed analysis and execution. The role therefore requires an individual with strong commercial judgement and analytical capability combined with the drive, judgement and delivery focus to get into the detail when required, independently navigate complexity and see work through to completion.
