Senior Tecsys Elite WMS / Distribution ERP L3 Application Support Specialist About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Tecsys Elite WMS / Distribution ERP L3 Application Support Specialist to provide advanced production support for warehouse, distribution, and supply chain operations. You will serve as the Level 2/Level 3 escalation point for Tecsys-related issues, working closely with operations, IT, integration, infrastructure, automation, external vendors, and Tecsys support teams. This is a hands-on role focused on complex troubleshooting, integrations, application stability, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement . What You'll Do Provide L2/L3 production support for Tecsys Elite WMS and Elite Distribution ERP . Troubleshoot complex issues involving inventory, orders, transactions, interfaces, printing, jobs, performance, configuration, and user access. Investigate application logs, SQL/data, interface messages, file transfers, job status, and transaction workflows. Support integrations with ERP, EDI, carriers, automation/WCS, RF devices, reporting, label-printing, customer, and supplier syste
