NOVENCO Building & Industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Assistant to support recruitment across several markets and functions. You will identify and engage candidates for technical, commercial and operational positions, helping build strong pipelines for current and future vacancies. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will combine proactive sourcing with recruitment coordination. Your impact Build candidate pipelines by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and Boolean searches against agreed role requirements. Map relevant talent by researching target companies, industries and markets. Engage potential candidates through initial outreach and follow-ups, sharing role information and confirming interest. Support application review by checking profiles against defined criteria and highlighting relevant candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner. Coordinate interviews across calendars and time zones, ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
