Sr. Clinical Informatics Analyst, Order Set Coordination

What We Offer The Sr. Clinical Informatics Analyst, Order Set Coordination is responsible for supporting physicians, clinicians, health care workers, affiliates and partners by providing continuous support, troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for clinical information system improvements. Serves as a liaison between the clinical departments and Epic applications team to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Promotes future and present system functionality by designing, and providing recommendations for building and testing clinical information systems. Enhances the organization by driving evolution of customer-oriented, cost-effective and integrated health information management systems. The Clinical Informatics Analyst Sr identifies clinical practice workflow and process issues and concerns and provides leadership and guidance to define system and process requirements that will optimize system performance and technology utilization by clinical practitioners. This role requires a high level of expertise in both clinical workflows and advanced technology solutions. The Clinical Informaticist applies the understanding of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom of key concepts into their practice to enhance the efficient use of the Electronic Health Record.
