What We Offer As an Advanced Analytics Developer Intermediate, you will independently design, develop, deploy, and support modern analytics solutions that transform data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making across Novant Health . Using technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Azure, and Power BI, you will build solutions spanning data extraction, transformation, modeling, automation, visualization, testing, and production support. In this role, you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions, make design and implementation decisions for assigned products, and provide guidance to less experienced Analytics Developers. You will also ensure solutions meet high standards for quality, security, performance, documentation, and reliability.
