About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead both Business Development and Marketing for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS sales, combined with strong marketing acumen to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and GTM excellence.
