We are looking for the Leraning Content Editor. Help turn lesson content into learning that works. We are looking for a Learning Content Editor who can recognise what makes a lesson clear, engaging and effective, whether it was created by a person, AI or a combination of both. You will review lesson drafts and completed lessons, looking beyond correct language to the overall quality of the learning experience. You will work closely with content creators, project managers and proofreaders to make sure lessons achieve their intended outcomes. What you will do Check that activities teach, practise and assess the intended learning outcomes. Assess logical flow, scaffolding, pacing and suitability for learners’ ages and levels. Spot opportunities to make lessons more engaging and give learners more meaningful practice. Review slides, instructions, teacher notes and interactions for clarity and intuitive use. Identify English that sounds unnatural, awkward or overly formulaic, even when it is grammatically correct. Provide specific suggested changes, explain why they matter and check the creator’s revisions. Use AI and automation tho
