This role involves utilizing various customer insight frameworks to understand and address customer needs effectively, driving engagement through our Customer Data Platform (CDP) Bloomreach. Key Responsibilities: Customer Insights and Analysis: Apply various frameworks (such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to gain a deep understanding of customer pains and needs. CRM Strategy Development: Use insights derived from customer analysis to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach. Campaign Execution: Design and implement engaging multichannel campaigns (email, whatsapp, sms, push, ensuring content is tailored to customer segments identified through insight frameworks.
