Manager, I.S. Operations, Fully Remote

Responsibilities The Mgr, I.S. Operations will supervise a team of technical analysts in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology that supports the organization's mission. This position assists reviewing industry technology, standards and best practices to create plans to ensure the technology platforms meet SLA and operation goals. This position will assist in promoting standards, developing capacity plans, roadmaps, and developing related policies and procedures. This position is expected to collaborate with I.S peers and leadership on improvement service opportunities. The position will effectively lead the IS Operations to meet service and project in accordance with defined NHC tools, processes, and best practices. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, network, storage and OS's.
