Remote Recruiter

This is a freelance assignment requiring invoicing capabilities, not a standard employment position. You need to be able to invoice for your services via your own company or another invoicing solution. You will work entirely remotely and have the freedom to work from anywhere. Responsibilities: Help our clients find qualified and motivated candidates. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide high-level service to clients by being proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to their needs. Keep applicant tracking systems, databases, and administration accurate and up to date. Main Duties: Understand the requirement profile and recruitment needs through close collaboration with the client. Plan and conduct kick-off meetings to lay the foundation for an efficient recruitment process. Create and publish job postings.
