Key Responsibilities Achieve necessary certifications and follow learning paths to ensure ongoing growth. Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring excellent customer service and communication. Manage application and team documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevancy. Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors to ensure high-level support. Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
