Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish)

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Project Manager to assist with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, ServiceNow functional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver successful ServiceNow solutions. *Location Requirement: Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or the USA * Requirements Required Qualifications PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) ServiceNow ITSM Certification preferred Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred ·SAFe Certification preferred 5+ years of IT Project Management experience 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Must currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment.
