CRO Specialist

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. We are a leading marketing agency dedicated to helping our clients achieve remarkable growth, and we need an expert to focus on optimizing conversion funnels for our e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and a proven track record of using data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth audits of client Shopify stores, analyzing user behavior, and identifying friction points in the customer journey. Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies and testing plans to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall site engagement. Utilize and implement Shopify apps and other third-party tools to enhance store functionality and user experience. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on key pages (e.g., product pages, checkout flows, landing pages) to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement. Create and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies on e-commerce sites. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
