ABOUT THE POSITION: Do you enjoy talking on the phone, work with precision, and want to actively contribute to the quality of market and location data in German food retail? Then join our Trade Dimensions team as a Data Research & Master Data Management Specialist (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the up-to-date status and quality of our retail data and will regularly interact with store managers and retail contacts. Your responsibilities: Telephone updates and validation of business address datasets of our partners in German food retail; Conducting data quality checks and master data reconciliations; Researching relevant market information via online sources; Assisting in ensuring high data quality for our clients; Participation in internal training sessions and continuous development of your expertise. Your profile: Enjoyment of telephone communication and an open, professional conversational style; Very excellent verbal and written communication skills in German; Team spirit, reliability, and a high orientation towards quality; Good organizational skills and the ability to meet given goals and deadlines; Experience in customer contact, call centers, or comparable activities is an advantage.
