HRIS Analyst II (Remote)The HRIS Analyst II supports the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Niagara’s HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role partners with many HR business stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, test new functionality, document processes, and help deliver scalable HR technology solutions across Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Succession, and Career Development. Essential Functions Administer and maintain HR systems, primarily Workday, supporting daily operations, user questions, system navigation, and issue resolution across applicable HR functional areas. Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Partners and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, escalate when needed, and communicate timely status updates.
