Facilitator II (Remote)The Facilitator II supports execution of talent development and training programs (as established by the Talent Development and Learning strategic plans), builds and maintains key relationships internally, and generates awareness of talent and training offerings to enhance stakeholder collaboration. This position works closely with Learning, Talent Development, and Program Enablement partners in executing established instructor-led and blended learning solutions, while supporting information gathering, needs analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. This role primarily focuses on facilitation of Onboarding, HQ Functional Learning, Professional Skills, and Ad Hoc training offerings, but may also support business process training, onboarding initiatives, change management and other organizational learning experiences. Additional responsibilities include making minor content enhancements, conducting pre- and post-learning analysis, and supporting learning communications and marketing efforts. Es
