Senior Technical Trainer

Overview The Senior Technical Trainer is responsible for leading complex training initiatives across WMS implementations and system transformations. This role assists the manager of training with the design of scalable training programs, mentors other trainers, and ensures training strategies align with operational and program objectives. The Senior Technical Trainer also assists with training governance, evaluates training effectiveness, and partners with leadership to improve system adoption across the network. Responsibilities Training Strategy & Program Leadership Lead training for large or complex WMS implementations Supports in defining training frameworks, standards, and methodologies Assists with establishment of scalable training models such as train-the-trainer or superuser programs Determines utilization and validates documentation through testing systems. Align training plans with project timelines and operational readiness goals Complex Implementation Training Own training for multi-site implementations or complex implementations Serve as the primary training lead for major system rollouts or process transformations Partner with program leadership to ensure training readiness before go-live Identify training risks and mitigation strategies Technical Writing: Develop SOPs, work instructions, and other documentation.
