Job Title Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant Job Summary EnForce Consulting, an HR-Path Company, is seeking a Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment of Ceridian Dayforce Benefits and Open Enrollment solutions across a diverse client base. This role participates in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support, with a primary focus on benefits administration and annual open enrollment events.The Consultant is responsible for gathering benefits-specific requirements, configuring Dayforce Benefits modules, managing client expectations, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with Project Managers and client stakeholders. This role may also provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants, especially related to benefits communications and employee-facing readiness.We are very open to candidates who have benefits implementation experience in another HRIS or benefits administration platform and are excited and ready to be cross-trained and certified in Ceridian Dayforce . This role can be fully remote , or hybrid in Dallas, Texas .
