We have a working sales motion, a team of 10 people, and a growing customer base. Now we need someone to own it - elevate the team, sharpen the process, and expand into new markets. So if you've led and scaled a sales team in an AI or SaaS company and know how to take a working motion to the next level, let's talk. Please note that we will contact and invite only selected candidates for further discussion. What You're Here to Do Take full ownership of the new sales team and make them better. Refine and scale the existing sales motion. Own revenue targets. Forecast with precision and maintain disciplined pipeline visibility across the team. Develop sellers individually - coaching, accountability, career paths. Bring your existing relationships in the market to accelerate expansion into new geographies and verticals. Represent the voice of the customer - feed market signal, deal patterns, and buyer feedback into GTM strategy and product roadmap. Work directly with the COO on revenue strategy and GTM direction. Own hiring as we scale the team beyond 10. What We're Looking For 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years leading a team at a SaaS or AI company
