Data and Operational Intelligence Solutions Architect

Here we breathe technology and innovation—come join us! 💙😉 Responsibilities on the commercial front: Act as the technical lead for data and operational intelligence opportunities, from demand understanding to the final proposal. Conduct discovery meetings with operations, technology, and business leadership, translating customer pain points into use cases with measurable gains in time or revenue. Map the customer's data sources, such as automation systems, sensors, network equipment, applications, and management systems. Design data collection, correlation, and visualization architectures using the Splunk platform, from operational source to cloud. Build operational intelligence use cases, such as equipment efficiency, asset availability, supply chain, logistics, environmental monitoring, digital service availability and service channels, fraud prevention, healthcare operation continuity, and public service transparency. Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of value to support purchasing decisions. Prepare technical proposals, defining scope, assumptions, and solution sizing, including data volume and licensing model. Work with Account Managers to open new accounts, using data as an entry point.
