Newstel is hiring! We are looking for two German-speaking Customer Service Agents (m/w/d) to strengthen our international team. This is a part-time position with 20–24 hours per week and is fully remote. You must be based in Turkey and will work from your own home office. As part of our team, you will support one of our major client campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone. In doing so, you will ensure a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience. We are looking for individuals who already have customer service experience, work reliably and independently, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment. Important: Training for this position is conducted entirely in English. Therefore, good English proficiency is required to follow the training content securely and participate actively.
