German-Speaking Full-Time Agents for Acquisition & Creator Management Wanted!

Newstel is hiring! We are looking for experienced professionals in the field of acquisition & creator management to strengthen our multilingual team supporting a major global campaign in a performance-oriented, customer-focused environment. You will actively reach out to potential creators and influencers and guide them from initial contact to successful onboarding. In doing so, you will demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and a keen sense for the needs of creators. The goal is to consistently drive successful acquisition within a KPI-driven framework. This is a remote-first position. You must be based in Turkey, and all work and onboarding will take place online. About the Role Job Titles: 1. Position: Creator Acquisition / Outreach Agent for a project in the bodyshaper and underwear sector Location: Remote - exclusively for candidates with permanent residency in Turkey Working Hours: Acquisition Agent - Full-time - Working days: 5-day work week including weekends, with two rotating days off Start: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM German time (incl. 1-hour break) Weekend on-call duty as needed.
