The Account Services team is responsible for completing customer interviews to capture quality business information needed to fulfill our Professional Service products and making outbound calls to review and ensure satisfaction of the final product delivered. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Must be available for all shifts (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM), including holidays. Communicate with customers via inbound, outbound calls and e-mail.
