NewEdge seeks a seasoned utility-scale commercial leader with deep market relationships, strong structuring judgment, and emotional intelligence to build and lead the company’s origination and commercialization function across its utility-scale battery storage and solar pipeline in PJM, MISO, and ERCOT. The Chief Commercial Officer / VP Origination position spans both commercial contracting and market intelligence, and requires command of wholesale power products and revenue structures, a real-time view of prevailing offtake rates and terms, established relationships with utility and large-load offtakers, and the ability to convert a development-stage pipeline into contracted and financeable value.
