Remote | Eastern or Central Time Zone | Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000 Annually About the Role Newbridge Marketing is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Staffing Manager to join our growing Staffing & Recruitment team. In this role, you'll oversee the full staffing lifecycle for nationwide experiential marketing programs, brand activations, promotional events, and other field marketing initiatives. From recruiting and onboarding talent to managing event schedules, resolving last-minute staffing challenges, and coordinating payroll, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our programs run successfully. We're looking for someone who has previously managed staffing operations , understands the fast-paced nature of event staffing, and can confidently manage multiple programs and competing priorities with minimal oversight. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule of approximately one weekend per month.
