JOB SUMMARY Serves as the primary connection between Human Resources, Field Operations, and Enrollees (experienced worker program participants) to ensure employment-related needs are addressed consistently, promptly, and appropriately. Provides Enrollees with direct HR support, coordinates personnel actions with Field Operations, and guides the resolution of workplace concerns while maintaining clear documentation and compliance with applicable requirements. Strengthens communication and accountability across the Enrollee lifecycle without replacing the day-to-day operational responsibilities of field staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the primary HR contact for Enrollees regarding workplace concerns, HR policies, employment-related questions, and requests for support. Partners with Field Operations to coordinate and process Enrollee personnel actions, including onboarding, status changes, transfers, leave, performance matters, corrective actions, and separations. Clarifies the respective responsibilities of Human Resources and Field Operations and ensures Enrollee matters are directed to the appropriate resource.
