Business Analyst

Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing our Court Case Management software solutions for courts. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of court administration processes, and the ability to lead business analysis efforts across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels in customer‑facing engagements. Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze Court workflows, court operations, and related judicial processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Document current and future‑state business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions. Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams. Conduct data analysis and research to support solution design, configuration, and decision‑making. Engage directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court personnel. Provide expert guidance, subject-matter assistance, and best‑practice recommendations to clients and internal teams. Support user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and assist with rollout activities.
