Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: Intelligent Solutions. Reports to: Technology & Solutions Director. Role Build, test and document client and internal CRM, automation and AI-enabled workflows. Key responsibilities Configure CRM pipelines, forms, calendars, automations and integrations. Implement approved chatbot or AI-agent flows with documented safeguards and handoffs. Test workflow edge cases and troubleshoot issues before operational release. Required qualifications Practical CRM or no-code automation implementation experience. Familiarity with API/webhook concepts, workflows, integration tests and troubleshooting. Clear English written documentation and secure treatment of access credentials. Preferred qualifications HighLevel, Zapier, Make, web forms or AI agent configuration. Basic HTML/CSS and customer-facing technical support. Work terms: Philippine-based remote work supporting U.S. business operations.
