What you will do: Identify and attract bilingual IT profiles: consultants, developers, engineers, analysts, and more. Perform proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other platforms. Design talent attraction strategies on LinkedIn and professional networks. Conduct technical and competency-based interviews. Understand the technical needs of clients and candidates to make the ideal match. What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting. Experience with SAP profiles. Fluent English (oral and written). Knowledge of market trends and technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid network of contacts in the tech sector.
