Transformation Project Director – Downstream Oil & Gas

Client Description Leading company in fuel, oil, and gas marketing, operating a full-cycle business: Demand planning. Fuel import and storage (terminals and plants). Primary and secondary distribution nationwide. Network of proprietary and third-party service stations (flagged stations). Wholesale sales to other market players (industrial, mining, transport, distributors). Convenience business: shops and food service at stations. Full administrative cycles: financial planning, budget formulation and control, expense and cost control, shrinkage and product loss control, and integration of shop and point-of-sale systems. Profile Description Consulting Director / Transformation Project Leader. Must diagnose the business, formulate a grounded and realistic strategy (not generic), design the process and systems transformation roadmap, and lead its execution with the client's executive committee. Essential Requirements 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 in director, senior manager, or large-scale transformation program leader roles. Proven experience in downstream projects, fuel retail, or hydrocarbon distribution.
