Senior Snowflake Consultant Company Description Consulting Company Vacancy Description Role Objective A Senior Consultant specialized in Snowflake is required, with proven experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud data architectures. The professional will be responsible for developing Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse solutions on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, security, efficiency, and compliance with best practices. Technical Requirements Education: Systems Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. General Experience: Minimum 5 years in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing projects. Specific Experience: Minimum 3 years working with Snowflake in production environments. Extensive knowledge in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, Data Vault). Proficiency in advanced SQL and SnowSQL. Experience with ETL/ELT using tools such as dbt, Airflow, Matillion, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory. Deep knowledge of Snowflake Data Cloud concepts: virtual warehouses, micro-partitioning, clustering, time travel, zero-copy cloning. Configuration of stages, streams, tasks, secure data sharing. Integration with cloud services: AWS: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift; Azure: Data Lake Gen2, Synapse, Data Factory; GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub. Experience in automation and DevOps for Snowflake (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, dbt Cloud). Knowledge of data security and governance: RBAC
