Senior SAP HCM-Workforce Consultant. Company Description: Client in the energy sector. Job Description: Functional knowledge of Workforce platforms (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.). Analytical ability to interpret HR data. Clear communication with users from different areas. Attention to detail and service orientation. Basic knowledge of integrations or data flows. Functional support for HCM / Workforce platforms. Handle tickets or incidents related to modules such as: Time tracking, Attendance / vacations / shifts, Payroll (integration with payroll), Performance or recruitment (if applicable). Resolve user errors, inconsistencies, or bugs. Upload employee data (hires, terminations, updates). Maintain organizational structures. Update business rules or simple configurations. Validate integrations with external systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA). Verify that automated processes (e.g., period closes, workflows) run correctly. Detect failures or bottlenecks. Generate reports on attendance, absenteeism, overtime, etc. Support with data for regulatory compliance or business decisions. Identify opportunities for automation or process improvement.
