SAP Manufacturing Consultant (PP / QM / PM)

Company Description: Confidential manufacturing end-client in Panama Vacancy Description: The SAP Manufacturing Consultant will participate in the implementation and rollout of Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) in new plants, subsidiaries, or countries, based on a global template. They will work with senior consultants, functional leads, and key users from production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper configuration, validation, and adoption. Main Responsibilities: - Participate in the implementation and rollouts of SAP PP, QM, and PM following the existing global template. - Analyze the requirements of each module and identify gaps (fit-gap) against the template: - PP: Configure master data (BOMs, routings and recipes, work centers, manufacturing versions), MRP Live, MPS, production and process orders, confirmations, and finished goods receipts. - QM: Configure inspection characteristics and plans, sampling plans, inspection lots, result recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, and certificates. - PM: Configure technical locations, equipment, maintenance notifications and orders, preventive maintenance plans, measuring points, and spare parts management. - Ensure integration with MM, SD, CO (costing and order settlement), and FI-AA. - Participate in master data migration and validation.
