SAP CRM CONSULTANT Company Description Consulting Firm Vacancy Description SAP CRM Consultant with an operational focus to execute and support daily CRM activities, primarily in campaign configuration and execution, simple automations, basic segmentations, and operational reporting. This role is key to ensuring the correct operation of campaigns and process stability, working with SAP as the main platform and complementarily with tools such as Salesforce and Emarsys. Responsibilities: Configure, schedule, and execute campaigns in SAP CRM (dispatches, simple journeys, and basic triggers). Configure simple automations in SAP (basic rules, simple segmentation, retries, and pauses when applicable). Prepare campaigns in the platform with pre-defined inputs (audiences, content, dates, and rules), without strategy responsibility. Execute operational quality checklists prior to launches (parameters, audiences, links, dates, and exclusions). Monitor campaign execution and status (sent, paused, with error, retries) and follow up on operational incidents. Prepare operational reports with basic metrics and alert on deviations (without advanced analysis). Perform simple segmentations and basic data validations to ensure correct campaign execution.
