Job Description: Specialist responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform with the SAP ERP system (either SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA). Main Responsibilities: Parameterization of the procurement workflow (Procure-to-Pay), catalog creation, approval hierarchies, goods/services receipt, and supplier management. Design and monitoring of the interfaces connecting both systems. Ensure that purchase requisitions generated in Coupa create the corresponding orders in SAP, and that receipts and invoices are correctly synchronized. Alignment of accounting structures between systems: cost centers, GL Accounts, tax codes, and master vendor data to ensure posting in SAP FI (Financials) and SAP MM (Materials Management). Troubleshooting and resolving issues when data transmission fails (API errors, amount discrepancies, or misaligned master data). Assignment Country: Peru. Project Type: Implementation.
