Job Description NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a Learning / Change Specialist – Live Instruction to deliver engaging, role-based instruction and hands-on enablement for users of federal enterprise applications as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal customer. The mid-level specialist collaborates with operational and technical partners to deliver dependable services and measurable user outcomes; this position is remote. Responsibilities Deliver live instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training aligned to approved role-based learning pathways. Prepare and facilitate training for onboarding, software releases, exercises, and workflow changes. Coach end users and super-users, reinforce approved procedures, and identify proficiency gaps. Adapt delivery for audience needs, operational constraints, and approved offline training settings. Collect learner feedback, attendance, assessments, and evidence of learning outcomes. Escalate clinical workflow questions to credentialed clinical informaticists rather than independently making clinical decisions. Coordinate with curriculum developers and site leads to refine instruction and job aids.
