Learning/Change Specialist – Curriculum & Materials

Job Description NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a Learning / Change Specialist – Curriculum & Materials to develop clear, accessible learning products that help federal users adopt enterprise applications and approved workflows as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal customer. The mid-level specialist collaborates with operational and technical partners to deliver dependable services and measurable user outcomes; this position is remote. Responsibilities Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, computer-based, microlearning, simulation, and job-aid content. Apply an approved instructional design method such as ADDIE to define learning objectives, content, and assessments. Create role-based learning paths and update content for releases, process changes, and recurring support issues. Develop materials suitable for approved offline or limited-connectivity use. Coordinate clinical content review and validation with credentialed clinical informatics personnel. Maintain content versioning, approvals, review status, and traceability to current workflows. Prepare content for approved learning systems and apply applicable accessibility requirements, including Section 508.
