We do this via two main mechanisms: personalization algorithms and curated merchandising. The Personalization & Merchandising Science team is at the forefront of driving innovations in this problem space of content distribution. Leverage techniques across experimentation, observational causal inference, analytics, statistical modeling, and econometrics, the team collaborates in deeply cross-functional settings to identify, incubate and enable experiences that entertain and delight our members by surfacing the right content at the right time. We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage a team of data scientists and analytics engineers to guide our approach to innovation in content distribution.
