Academy - Platform Experience Associate

Job Summary The Associate Experience Manager provides hands-on support for platform experience work across the Revenue Enablement strategic programs portfolio. This role helps improve the seller and partner experience by supporting page readiness, navigation, content organization, stakeholder coordination, adoption activities, and experience quality across key enablement platforms, including The Sales Hub, Mindtickle, and future platform transitions. This role is designed as an early-career development opportunity with structured support and training from the Platform Experience Leader. The Associate Experience Manager will build experience in digital enablement, content experience, platform operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management while helping the team scale execution capacity during a period of significant transformation. Responsibilities Support platform experience activities that make it easier for sellers, partners, and stakeholders to find the right resources, understand what to do next, and engage with enablement platforms confidently. Assist with page readiness, page review, navigation updates, content placement, and experience quality checks across The Sales Hub and related platform experiences. Partner with the Platform Experience Leader to support content organization, taxonomy alignment, journey design, and usability improvements.
