Responsibilities Develop and lead the CRM acquisition/retention strategy for Investment products. Drive ongoing customer engagement with Neon's Investment portfolio. Manage, segment, and apply cluster intelligence to the customer base to personalize relationship rules. Execute, measure, and analyze tests, rules, and campaigns (in- and out-of-app) in depth to feed back into CRM strategies in an agile manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams, generating CRM insights that support and guide product, design, and growth areas. Develop and lead action plans focused on customer base engagement and the rollout of acquisition/retention strategies. Requirements Completed higher education.
