In this senior-level commercial role, you will work closely with Food Processors and Contract Laboratories, helping them achieve their food safety objectives through tailored Neogen Food Safety Solutions. Your ability to build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven account strategies will directly support customer success and business growth. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts, including Food Processors and Contract Laboratories. Engage with stakeholders across customer organisations-including quality, laboratory, procurement, and senior management teams-to understand business needs and position relevant Neogen Food Safety Solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase customer value, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
