About Needletail Needletail is building the AI-powered, full-stack revenue cycle management (RCM) platform for U.S. dental practices and DSOs — replacing manual, error-prone billing work with automation backed by a human-in-the-loop safety net. We're a small, fast-moving team tackling a massive, underserved market. The Role Be the face of Needletail for our dental practice and DSO customers — from signing through onboarding and beyond. You'll own implementation, be the go-to person for day-to-day questions, and make sure customers are genuinely winning with Needletail , not just live on it. We're looking for someone who has been inside dental offices — who knows how a front desk, treatment coordinator, and billing team actually operate, ideally with exposure to the revenue cycle (claims, EOBs, verification, collections, denials). That's what builds instant credibility with practice owners and office managers. This is an early, high-visibility hire with a real path to lead our U.S. customer success function as we scale.
