Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across projects, releases, and business processes. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to define UAT scope, objectives, timelines, and entry/exit criteria. Translate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into comprehensive UAT scenarios, test cases, and data requirements. Identify and coordinate appropriate business testers, clarify roles and responsibilities, and provide UAT guidance, training, and support. Develop and maintain UAT plans, schedules, test scripts, traceability matrices, status reports, and other required documentation. Coordinate test environments, system access, integrations, test data, and other readiness dependencies before testing begins. Facilitate UAT execution, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure testing remains aligned with business priorities and release milestones. Review, validate, and triage defects;
